REQUIREMENTS & ELIGIBILITY
To take our course online, you must meet the following requirements and eligibility:
– You must not have attended a defensive driving course within the last 12 months.
– Your violation must be listed on the list of eligible violations.
– Only ONE violation can be dismissed
– The violation must not be for an accident that caused serious injury or fatality
– You may not take the course if you have a commercial driver’s license and/or were driving a commercial vehicle at the time the violation was issued
– Course must be completed 7 days prior to your court date
If it is determined that you are NOT eligible to attend our defensive driving course for a citation dismissal, your violation will not be dismissed by the court and ALL FEES TO ATTEND OUR COURSE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
COST & PAYMENT METHODS
The cost of our course is $29.95. The cost for an Arizona Traffic Citation dismissal is based on the court that you received your ticket from as well as the State Fee and the State Surcharge Fee. To view the total amount to be paid, enter your court below.
We accept debit cards and all major credit cards for payments online which include Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You may also mail us a check, money order, or cashier’s check however we will need to receive your payment in the mail and deposit it before you may begin the course (we deposit checks daily). Please be sure to allow yourself enough time to complete your course if you are mailing in your payment.
REFUND POLICY
Once you have paid for our course, the school fee is non-refundable. Once you have started our course, if you do not complete it in its entirety or fail the final exam, the court and state fees are non-refundable and will be forward to the Supreme Court unless the following occurs:
-The officer fails to file your ticket with the court and you attend our course for that ticket.
-When your ticket is dismissed by a jurisdictional court on its own motion, for technical problems that are not correctable under civil traffic rules of the court.
-The court requests a refund to be granted.
(If you do not begin our course or contact us to reschedule for a future course, then court and state fees will be refunded for this situation as well.)
COURSE COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
You must complete your course at least seven (7) days before your court date. Our course is scheduled to last 240-270 minutes not including time spent to answer identity validation questions. There are timers on the site to make sure you complete the course within this time frame. The timer begins when you login to the course. You may log in and out of the course whenever you want; the timers will pick up where you left off when you log back in. There will be identity verification questions throughout the course to ensure it is you who has registered for the course and that it is still you taking the course. You must answer these questions correctly to proceed with the course. There will be a course participation test at the end of the course. You will have 30 seconds to answer each question and you must score at least 80% to pass.

PRIVACY POLICY
Our privacy policy is simple because we understand that your privacy is extremely important to you:
- Information about you will never be provided to anyone other than yourself and the court.
- The information you provide here is encrypted for your protection (if you are using a 3.0 or higher internet browser)
- Under no circumstances will we provide your details to junk emailers or other direct marketers.
PENALTIES FOR FRAUD
Anyone who knowingly provides us with false information during registration or commits fraud during any portion of our course, will be removed from our course immediately and reported to the Arizona Supreme Court and the court of jurisdiction of which they were attempting to have a violation dismissed.
